How we verify UK companies (Phase 1): 43K+ contacts confirmed
When you tell us what you want to source in the UK, we don't hand you a raw directory — we verify each company's contact first. This post documents the Phase 1 verification TokoAI (51Toko) ran on UK company data (UK Trade Info): what was confirmed, and how it protects you.
Where UK company data comes from: UK Trade Info
UK Trade Info holds import and trade records of UK companies. TokoAI (51Toko) is running phased verification on this company base, and it is ongoing. Phase 1 covered 61,261 companies with a website in total — of which website emails grew from 130 to 35,449 and website phones from 114 to 43,122.
Before verification, among these companies with a website, email and phone were published far less often. Phase 1 filled in mainly those two fields — website email and phone.
Counting note: every figure here counts companies, not addresses. A company publishing several emails still counts as 1. So 35,449 = companies with a verified website email (the total number of emails is higher); of which 8,391 publish more than one business email — more ways to reach them.
Of the 61,261 companies in Phase 1, what could be verified was verified; websites that don't publish an email/phone are honestly marked "no email / no phone" — not because TokoAI (51Toko) failed, but because those companies simply don't make an email/phone public on their site. We never invent contacts.
Verification is an engineered, multi-source cascading process — it moves in batches of crawl, parse, QA and store, each step checked before deduplication, so public contact details are stably pulled back into the base.

From public business databases, trade-show directories, and government procurement records, cross-checked into a reachable, high-quality supplier pool. We do not buy or resell third-party lists.
How fresh is the data? How are emails obtained?
The pool continuously integrates new sources with cross-checking and deduplication; each source records its last-import date (e.g. customs data is tagged by batch). Emails are obtained from public channels and labeled by source; enriched fields are also marked with how they were obtained. Note: a collected email is not guaranteed deliverable — whether it reaches someone depends on whether that address is still valid, and we label this honestly rather than claiming "confirmed reachable". You can filter by conditions such as recently active suppliers when matching. Any freshness concern is flagged honestly in the report.
How do you verify a supplier's contact before reaching out?
We only use contact points collected from public sources — a company's own website, trade-show directory, or public business registry — never guessed or machine-constructed addresses. Each address is checked for a real, reachable path before we send on your behalf, and the source is recorded so it can be traced. When a supplier we found responds, it comes from a real, checkable source you can verify yourself.
