Based on what you want to source — product, spec, or category — we match suppliers from our verified, reachable company pool against real trade and exhibition records and deliver a supplier report — the matched suppliers with their match scores. Where you also delegate interest assessment, we reach suppliers by email on your behalf and deliver an interest report built from interest signals, showing which suppliers are engaging and which stayed silent; interest assessment is a value-added option and is not quoted on its own. We provide finding, outreach, and signal reading — we do not replace your own evaluation or negotiation with a supplier.
The find-suppliers service is quoted per project. You tell us what you want to source, we scope the search and the outreach, and you receive a quote before any work starts. We are responsible for: data matching, outreach content generation and sending from our own domain, signal tracking, and report delivery; keeping the service process running stably and your identity isolated until you authorize sharing.
Your identity and contact stay private. Suppliers interact with you through our channel and only receive your real contact once you authorize sharing. You can withdraw or withhold authorization at any time; before authorization, no supplier is given your direct contact information.
Your contact and sourcing information is used solely to provide the agreed service. Supplier information in our data pool comes from public or lawfully authorized sources, used for matching and outreach. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not sell supplier personal data.
