How much stronger is an AI team than a single tool for lead gen?

The biggest change in V20 is not a new feature - it is the decision method. From a single viewpoint making the call, to multiple viewpoints cross-validating.

An analogy: before, one person made every judgment - analyzing data, setting direction, writing the plan. Capable, but always with blind spots. Misread one data point, and everything downstream follows. Now multiple AI viewpoints debate the same decision. One says "this direction is right"; another challenges from a different angle: "is the data sufficient? any counterexamples?" - consensus forms only after several rounds. Wrong judgments are caught in the process, not carried to the end.

What it means for you

First, higher decision quality. Before, one judgment was a one-way street. Now every key decision is cross-validated by multiple viewpoints - data says yes, analysis says yes, review says yes, then we execute. A problem found at any step is corrected; the error is never amplified to the end.

A concrete example: before, the system might rank "opened 30 times but never replied" at the top (more opens = higher score). Now another viewpoint warns: "this person may have auto-open configured, or is hesitating - not necessarily top priority."
