Yiwu auto-parts show 2023-2026 — 3,118 suppliers who kept coming back
When you source auto parts from China, the hardest risk to price is whether a supplier will still be there next year. A factory that exhibited once might be a one-time gamble. A factory that shows up year after year is a different, much stronger signal — it's been alive, producing, and selling for years. That's the signal buyers trust most.
That's why this batch is different — and it follows our earlier APES 2026 Shanghai auto-parts coverage. Instead of one edition, we've indexed four consecutive editions of the Yiwu Auto & Motorcycle Parts Expo (YAMPFAIR) — 2023 through 2026. This post covers what four years of coverage means, which factories kept coming back, and how to use them.
Four years, not one
The Yiwu show is a major annual event in China's auto-parts industry. We've covered four consecutive editions — 2023 (357 exhibitors), 2024 (983), 2025 (1,364), and 2026 (1,462). Across all four, after removing duplicates, that's 3,118 unique Chinese auto-parts factories.
Indexing means more than a name on a list. We've done the first round of data enrichment: each factory's name, cluster, product category, and contact details are aligned and loaded into the database. So this isn't a dead phonebook you can't reach — it's a contactable pool of factories, ready to match and source from. And as we keep working, both the coverage and the depth of fields keep growing.
For a buyer, one edition proves a factory exhibited. Four editions prove a factory kept operating, kept exhibiting, kept selling — the most direct evidence of stability you can get without visiting the plant.
The factories who kept coming back
Of the 3,118, 792 exhibited in two or more years, and 240 attended all three recent editions (2024/2025/2026). These aren't newcomers — they're factories the market has repeatedly validated. For buyers, they're the first ones to match: consistent exhibition tracks stable capacity, steady order flow, and a surviving business.
Not one show — a supply chain. Shanghai, Yiwu, and Taizhou are all covered
Read one list from one edition and it's just a phonebook. Put several auto-parts shows together and a fuller picture emerges: a major trade show is itself a cross-section of an entire supply chain — the engine makers, the chassis and drivetrain shops, the brake and filter suppliers, the lighting and electronics, the seals and rubber, the cooling and bodywork, all in one hall.
So our auto-parts base isn't limited to one show or one year. Today Shanghai (APES + Automechanika), Yiwu, and Taizhou are all covered, together spanning nearly every major component of a vehicle, from engine to brake, chassis to lights. Need brake pads? Land on the braking segment. Need filters? Land on the filtration segment — and compare the same part across shows and clusters.
Just as important, every factory is a node in the chain — it both sells its own product and buys upstream. A brake maker buys steel and friction material; a filter maker buys paper and adhesive; a lamp maker buys light sources and wiring. So the same base serves two directions: source the factory that makes a specific part, or work backward to find a supplier's upstream and nearby partners.
Source by cluster
The list spans China's auto-parts clusters: Hejian (bearings / standard parts), Rui'an (filters / sensors), Qinghe (rubber / seals), Yuhuan (chassis / drivetrain), Menghe (lamps / trim), and Linqing (bearings). Buyers source by "which region makes what" — this lets you narrow to a cluster that fits your part.
How to use it
Tell us the part you buy and roughly which region of China you prefer. If it fits one of these clusters, we'll match you to the factories in the list — starting with the ones who kept coming back, because they're the ones most likely to still be there when you need them. We've also added the 2025 Taizhou International Auto Parts Expo as a complement alongside the Yiwu coverage.
